For standard orders, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. If you use our Daily Bazar Pat service before 9 PM, you'll receive your fresh essentials the very next morning by 10 AM!
There is no minimum order for standard shop items. However, our Daily Bazar Pat service requires a minimum order of 1000 BDT.
You can easily track your order status by visiting your Profile Dashboard and clicking on the 'Orders' section. Real-time updates will be provided as your order is processed and shipped.
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for unused and defective products. Fresh produce (Daily Bazar) must be reported within 12 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
