Initiate Return
Go to your Profile Dashboard, select your Order, and click the "Request Return" button next to the item.

Pack the Item
Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

Handover & Refund
Our delivery agent will pick up the item. Once verified at our hub, your refund will be processed.
Return Policy Rules
Standard Shop Items
- 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Defective electronics will be replaced or refunded after inspection.
Daily Bazar Pat (Fresh)
- Must be reported within 12 hours of delivery due to perishability.
- If spoiled or damaged, we provide a direct replacement or instant refund.
- "Change of mind" returns are not accepted for fresh produce or dairy.
